  5. Client Responsibilities: You, as the client, are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information required for the project. Timely provision of materials is essential to meet project deadlines.
  6. Revisions: Bytehive offers a specified number of revisions as per the project proposal. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon.
  7. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the completed design. Bytehive retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
  8. Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared during the project will be kept secure and not disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.
  9. Third-Party Services: Bytehive may use reputable third-party tools or services to enhance the project. We will ensure that any third-party services used meet high standards, and we are not liable for any issues caused by these services.
  10. Termination: Either party may terminate the project in writing if obligations are not met. Fees may apply based on the project’s progress and the work completed up to the termination date.
  11. Warranty: Bytehive provides a limited warranty on our work for a specified period. We are not liable for issues caused by changes made by the client or third parties after the completion of the project.
  12. Liability: Bytehive’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the project. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses arising from the use of the website.
  13. Legal Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
